Wan gave the green light to iftar outside today! We needed to find someplace comfortable where it's convenient to solat after iftar. The answer? Airport. Forever will be.
So we headed over and got seated at Penang Culture. We arrived like about 7pm and luckily there were still seats available. If you're wondering where we solat at Terminal 2, it is the area behind Penang Culture. We then headed over to Terminal 1 for Coffee Bean and play area. Adam loves the play area at Terminal 1 and it was so damn empty too! We usually solat behind the KFC area in Terminal 1.
I really appreciate quiet family time like this. Love it so much. Alhamdulillah.
DAY 14
Today I had a doctor's appointment in the afternoon and Alhamdulillah everything was ok. We went back home and rested. These few months, I really treasure Adam's afternoon naptime. I really get to rest during that time slot.
For ifatr, I felt like eating Fishball noodles but I don't have any fishballs and I don't really fancy them. So I used fishcakes instead. I just boiled some ikan bilis for the soup and added a little sesame oil and that's it for the soup. Light and yummy.
DAY 15
Today was very very very tiring. My parents asked if I want to follow them drive up to JB to check out food and other stuff. I don't know why I agreed. I could hear my back crying, disagreeing with me. Guess what, I didn't even snap a picture there. I was too busy nursing my motion sickness headache and my aching back to even bother with my phone.
Nevertheless, I got to buy sarang semut( I had been wanting to eat it for a few days, lol). We bought our kuihs and cakes from Nahar Power in Angsana. So far their kuihs doesn't have that factory made taste. They claim that its all homemade. I love the sarang semut.
For iftar, I bought my Taro milk Tea(finally) and other food from the bazaar. Yeay! Lemang!!!!
Till tomorrow,
Ja
