MY POSTNATAL JAMU; YENG-YENG CHOCO

It's crazy how in a few days time marks three months of the passing of Baby Khayr. I know you are already in paradise waiting for Mama, Ayah and Abang Adam , InshaaAllah.

So the weeks after delivery, naturally I felt tired and lifeless. My mum has been nagging me to consume jamu or any type of herbal whatnot for the longest time. After I delivered Adam, I didn't really take care of my body as I stayed at my own place, away from my mum. Right now, after my second delivery, it took a toll on my body. There were days when I just rolled around in bed with Adam pulling my shirt, begging me to play with him. I just couldn't. My body was filled with fatigue and I had no appetite whatsoever.

Then I came across a jamu on Instagram; Yeng-Yeng Choco. I was gonna brush it off as 'one of those jamus' you see all the time.
However, something caught my attention.
It's a CHEWABLE jamu. WHAT?!
Oh wait, that's not the best part.
It tastes like CHOCOLATE. WHAT?!

I was really intrigued by this, you know, given the fact that everyone says that jamu smells and tastes rotten. So I ordered. My first impression was great as the seller is really nice and prompt with her replies. She attended to my never-ending questions every single time.

I have now consumed it for a month and I must say, it is really life changing. I'm not even joking.

And yes, they taste like chocolate. Perhaps more like those ovaltine sweets we used to have.

On the first day I consumed Choco, I instantly felt a difference. I was able to clean the house and cook right after I woke up. Even Wan noticed the difference. I felt more energetic, eating well again and I felt more like myself.

I love the fact that it doesn't even take up a lot of time consuming Choco. One in the morning before breakfast and one in the evening. They have another one in their range; Puteh.

I already told Wan that I'm gonna order that next. LOL.

Usually he will grumble and say things like, "You buy buy buy but never eat."
This time he said, "Ya, you should."
That just goes to show that he really sees that difference in me.

"MAMA! Eat attermin(vitamin)!!"

It's really a product worth trying and the seller told me that it is also suitable for single ladies. WHAT?! If only I had found Choco earlier. Oh well, better late than never.
