So on Saturday, we just stayed at home and rested. Wan had some studying to do for a course he is taking at work.
For iftar, I felt like eating noodles and salmon skin. Actually I baked salmon for Adam for his lunch and I kept the skin for myself. We also heated up chicken my MIL gave the previous day. We basically rotted at home with nothing to do. I didn't even clean the house. What a lazy Saturday.
DAY 11
On Sunday, the plan was to iftar at my mum's house. Wan still had abit of studying to do so we headed over in the evening. Baba cooked Nasi Briyani and Dalcha for us. It was yummy. However, I felt like eating Long John's so I told my sis to get some for me since she was out. Alhamdulillah!!
So much food! After iftar, the guys went down for terawih and the girls did it at home. Baba mentioned about going to Geylang but nobody had the energy for it. We headed home at about 10 plus.
DAY 12
So today is Monday! Wan brought the laptop to work so I couldn't update the previous day's iftar. Yep, we share the laptop. So you can imagine the amount of storage left in the laptop. It's the official start of the school holidays so I need to find activities to keep Adam occupied.
I cooked beef soup for Adam's lunch and it was supposed to be for iftar too but I felt like having laksa instead. Wan bought me laksa from Qiji and it was awesome! So far I only like laksa from two places; Qiji and Mukmin.
After iftar and terawih, we just sat around and played until we were tired.
That's a nice and kind fire breathing dragon by the way, seconds away from being stepped on by Adam.
Thanks for stopping by,
Ja
