RAMADHAN DAY 20: CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Assalamu'alaikum.

Today my family and I went to Tampines to run some errands. It was very tiring even if it was just for awhile. Maybe it was the weather, kind of humid. We stopped by Saffron to get some food for ourselves. I got Mee Soto. I'm kind of fussy about Mee Soto. Most Mee Soto outside has too much residue from the soup. I prefer a clearer, cleaner soup. Of course, I've yet to find a Mee Soto that can beat Mama's version. Oh, I got chickan ham takoyaki for myself too. Alhamdulillah.

I'm not a very kuih kind of person. I mostly want to serve fruit loops cereal and calbee potato chips instead of kuih for my guests. DO YOU FEEL ME DAWG?

Ok, nobody says that anymore.

So I usually purchase things that I eat or kuihs that my friends sell. I've ordered a few from some of my friends, been wanting to order a few more, InshaaAllah. Mostly for Wan and myself to eat, who am I kidding?

OMG. My friend Kin makes chocolate chip cookies and they are da bomb! I'm not even kidding. Wan straight away took the container from me and sat on the sofa to stuff as many as he could in his mouth.  -_-''

Looks like I have to order more for Eid. I have a few other girlfriends who bake as well but I have yet to make orders. Maybe I should soon. LOL.

Moving on to Adam. He is very very cranky these few days. It gets worse outside. He would cry and throw tantrums. I think he feels calm at home and super flustered outside. The thing is that, if we stay at home the whole day, he doesn't get tired and it's kind of difficult for him to fall asleep at night.

Let's hope this is a phase and let's count our blessings.

We are already at the last third of Ramadhan. Can you believe it??!!? I love Ramadhan. It's going to be over soon!
