Assalamu'alaikum.
Alhamdulillah I got to eat sushi today! It's $1.50 per plate for weekdays 3pm-6pm. Wooohoo. We had 19 plates and we couldn't breathe. We had to stop. The thing about Hei Sushi, they don't have high chair for children. I guess it's because of the structure and layout of the place. So they provided us with a booster seat. Adam is too young for a booster seat. The gap between the seat and the table is wide and I had to hold the seat with my left hand while eating with my right. It'd be good if they can think about providing high chairs for young children.
Anyways, Baba bought some huge strawberries! I've seen a few huge ones in Korea but not in SG.
And ok, pause. Who knew strawberries have stalks like this? It's my first time in 27 years seeing strawberries with stalks. Where have I been?! Why hadn't anyone told me?! But then again, I found out how cherries look like at the age of 20. Before that, I've always believed that real fresh cherries are those on ice creams and desserts. When I found out those are preserved cherries, I freaked out. So who's to blame here? Those real, legit, dark, awesome cherries of course!! Who ask them to be so damn expensive?! Partly because my family couldn't afford those cherries when we were all younger that's why we have not seen fresh cherries. LOL.
Realised that my back is bent forward like a prawn, typing in the dark, *streeeeetch*
