Assalamu'alaikum.
These few days, I started baking again!! Yeay! I realised, I don't really like to bake. I just like the experimenting process of adding different ingredients and discover how they taste like after they are done. =)
Anyway, I tried many times. Many many times. I just can't get the right consistency in my cupcakes. Brownies and muffins are manageable because they are naturally lumpy and awesome. But cupcakes and cakes are something else. I tried since god knows when. Once (years back, I think), I had the right consistency. Mama said it was fine but it was too sweet for me. So now, I'm still trying. Anyone has any recipe that will produce light, airy cupcakes? Dense cupcakes make me sad. =(
